What happens if I decide I no longer want a Funeral Plan? Do I get a refund?

Of course we hope that you will be more than happy with your Capital Life funeral plan, but if for any reason you decide that the plan is not the best decision for you then you have a 21 day cooling off period. This allows you 21 days from when the plan was taken out to look through the paperwork that we have sent you and check that you are happy. 

Any cancellation of the plan must be in writing by letter sent to the address of Capital Life and the notice of cancellation shall be accepted when it has been received by us. 

However if you cancel the plan after more than 21 days there will be a cancellation charge. Our full cancellation policy is laid out in the Terms and Conditions.
